WHO WE ARE
Our teams are marked by prayer, relationships, and response. This leads us to be ENTHUSIASTIC about leading people into the presence of God.
Here you will learn about the mission, vision, core beliefs, “marks”, culture, and Manifesto
WHY WE EXIST
We exist to reach Denver, the West, and the World.
To see this movement happen we start with a commitment to our “WELCOME HOME” principle.
You see, the Church is not an ordinary thing. Its extraordinary! “Welcome Home” is not just a polite phrase, it’s a divine invitation. It’s an invitation into God-designed ideal community and a glimpse of the Kingdom. It’s here His power, purposes, and presence are known and felt. For example, if His kingdom is inclusive, then so are we. If His community is gracious then so are we. If His kingdom makes a difference than so will we.
This “Welcome Home” mission is always connected to the cause of Christ because it is His cause we cannot ignore.
Here are Scriptures the speak to HIS CAUSE:
John 18:37
“You are a king, then!” said Pilate. Jesus answered, “You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me.”
John 3:16-17
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Matthew 6:33
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Mark 16:15
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.
WHERE WE ARE GOING
I see a Church that is moved to give God glory through self-expression throughout all its gatherings; bringing their whole selves before Him with confidence knowing they are pursued, called, gifted and loved by Him: this foundational truth is everything.
Therefore, we sing loud, raise hands high, and even clap to tell Him (and anyone watching) I am here to worship Him, it will cost me something and I wouldn’t want it any other way. So, we worship bringing all that we are, in response, to all that He is and what He has done.
I see a church that allows everyone to respond to God and even grow in their response to Him, so that His Church can be BOLD to worship Him regardless of who's watching.
I see a church that brings revelation to those who are new to the Church and Jesus. A church that takes the awkwardness out of new experiences uniting both the new person and the existing follower of Jesus to continue their journey with God because they are “Welcomed Home.”
CORE BELIEFS
2 Peter 1:5-9 MSG
“So don’t lose a minute in building on what you’ve been given, complementing your basic faith with good character, spiritual understanding, alert discipline, passionate patience, reverent wonder, warm friendliness, and generous love, each dimension fitting into and developing the others.
With these qualities active and growing in our lives, no grass will grow under our feet, and no day will pass without its reward as we mature in our experience of our Master Jesus. Without these qualities we can’t see what’s right before us, oblivious that our old sinful life has been wiped off the books.”
Galatians 5:22-23 MSG
“But what happens when we live God’s way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard—things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely. Legalism is helpless in bringing this about; it only gets in the way. Among those who belong to Christ, everything connected with getting our own way and mindlessly responding to what everyone else calls necessities is killed off for good—crucified.”

MANIFESTO
For WHO HE IS and WHAT HE HAS DONE…
I WILL WORSHIP.
I will become more and more like Jesus because it is my highest calling. If it's not making me more like Jesus I won’t hold onto it nor will I pursue it. I will carve out time and space to sit at Jesus’ feet, my heart yielded to His care and correction.
I will worship, singing songs of Biblical truth on Sundays, and live my life like I believe those same truths on Monday.
I will worship with my practice. My preparation positions me to lead others to the feet of Jesus.
I will worship around tables and over meals; in community we become more kind, more compassionate and more Christ-like.
I choose to worship and to seek God at work in every season, my confidence not in my circumstances but in the unchanging nature of His character.
I choose to worship generously, becoming one who relishes every opportunity to build others up. I will use my gifts, my words, my time and my money because in doing so I am building God’s House. He will do what ever it takes to see His House full and, therefore, so will I.
I will become the CHANGE that ushers in the vision. With my God-given spirit I will change every “room” I enter within God’s House because He gives me the power and opportunity to do so.
I will worship in response to His worth and create as part of the mandate to see His kingdom come… on earth as it is in heaven.
